Matthew Iddle

THERAPIST

Matthew has over 12 years of experience supporting individuals with addiction and obsessive compulsions.

He holds qualifications in NLP therapy, CBT, personal development, and coping skills.

Matthew has worked at some of the most prestigious rehabilitation centres in the UK and served as a director of a recovery-focused initiative with a 96% success rate, helping people maintain recovery through structured involvement in the programme and continued support as they transition into independently sustaining their recovery.

Matthew’s hands-on experience has led him to sit on evaluation committees studying the effects of addiction and developing new ways of working with individuals with complex needs. He has contributed to introducing innovative approaches and evidence-based recovery plans that have delivered outstanding results for those who engage fully in the programme.

His work focuses on empowering individuals to take an active role in their treatment, enabling them to continue their recovery journey after rehabilitation and successfully maintain long-term stability.
